Dr. Vaithilingam G. Dev

Medical Director Ph.D, FACMG

Dr. Dev is a well-known scientist and an expert in human cytogenomics. He completed his human genetics training at Columbia University and served in it as faculty. Dr. Dev is a Diplomate of American Board of Medical Genetics and a founding Fellow of American College of Medical Genetics. He has served as Medical Laboratory Director of Clinical Cytogenomics laboratories and Associate Professor at Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX, and later at Vanderbilt University Medical School. He founded Genetics Associates, Inc, in Nashville, TN and successfully ran it for over 30 years.

Kristy Greene Ms., ASCP

Supervisor

Kristy Greene is an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist and Research Scientist. She completed her clinicals in Medical Technology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center (now Ascension Health) in 2007 and her Master’s in Neuroscience at the University of Florida in 2016. Her academic research has focused on ALS, Alzheimer’s, and behavioral studies with a focus on addiction and epigenetics. During her time in academic research, she published (as Kristy Shimp) 1 first author paper and 4 secondary authored papers in Risky Decision Making. Kristy has over 15 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Science.
She began supervising Gene2Genome in 2026.

Dr. Mohammad Faghihi

Consultant, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Faghihi is an internationally recognized expert in the field of pediatrics genetics, medical genomics, and bioinformatics. During his tenure as faculty of genetics at the University of Miami, he has made significant contributions to the field of neurodevelopmental disorders such as fragile X disorder and autism. Additionally, Dr. Faghihi has over fifteen years of research contributions to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases at Scripps research institute and the University of Miami.
